Over 70 billion land animals, and over 2.7 trillion aquatic animals are killed every year. Since we don’t need animal products to be healthy and the animal agriculture industry is a major contributor to climate change, there is no reason left to sustain this system.
Studies in green focuses on the individuals‘ motives, beliefs, habits, and emotions that facilitate this system of animal and environmental exploitation. The presented articles are concerned with describing, explaining and showing ways of changing attitudes towards animals, as well as the habits that maintain this system.
